What Happens in a School Holiday Program?
Birdwings Holiday Forest School provides nature play, creek play, bushcraft, shelter-building, firework, tool use and eco-arts. This is adventurous all-weather play outdoors, creating fun memories of a natural childhood with friends.
Light your own fire without matches and cook yourself a treat on the campfire !
Then play games and have fun in the creek with friends.
We build with natural materials, learn basic whittling, knots and sawing for their projects.
Children bring their own lunches and water for the day, and must come dressed in clothing that can get wet, with hats and water shoes.
We do get wet, and possibly very muddy! A raincoat, spare dry clothes and and spare shoes are essential.
